TEACH Rwanda thrives because of partners around the world who give time, money, and visibility. There are many ways to be part of this work — whether you're sending a check from Pennsylvania, picking up a T-shirt in Kigali, or asking your employer to match your gift. Below are some of the most direct ways to support TEACH Rwanda's teachers, students, and schools today.
How to Get Involved
Support Bright School Scholarships

Fund a Future scholarships were created to support education for vulnerable children attending Bright School. Many families in Muhanga cannot afford even moderate school costs. TR wants our world-class education to be available to everyone, regardless of family income. More than 20% of the students at Bright are being supported by generous people like you.
Become A TEACH Rwanda Ambassador

Are you active in community groups? Do you know where to apply for grants? Are you a conversationalist who can spread the word while waiting in line at a checkout? Ambassadors for TEACH Rwanda can spread the word about our important work, any time, anywhere! You can support us to give vulnerable children in Rwanda, and their teachers, the best possible educations. Follow TR on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube!
Provide Learning Materials

Add an extra pack of colorful markers, children's scissors, or sidewalk chalk to your shopping cart! Find jigsaw puzzle and board games at yard sales! Recycle children's outgrown books and pretend animals! Hundreds of children in our schools use these items every day. Your $300 donation pays for a volunteer to take donated learning materials to Rwanda.
Volunteer

Who is eager to do community service? Teenagers? Retirees? Empty nesters? You can become a TEACH Rwanda volunteer—and genuinely change lives. Volunteer opportunities are available in both the U.S. and in Rwanda. For details about current volunteer opportunities, contact our Volunteer Coordinator at TRRwanda.Volunteer@gmail.com.
Donate

Your gift transforms early childhood education in Rwanda. TEACH Rwanda is a 501(c)3 in the US and an INGO in Rwanda — donations are tax deductible. Give online, by mail, or through workplace giving programs. Every contribution supports teacher transformation, nutritious snacks, and Fund a Future scholarships for children in low-income families.
