How We Began...
Louise Batamuriza, a talented Rwandan preschool teacher who started Bright School, invited Jan Brown, her mentor, to help with a new school in January 2012. The school was equipped with just one box of 24 Crayola® Crayons and a mat on the floor!
A month later, TEACH Rwanda became a reality, and lives began to change dramatically on two continents. read more
